• There is NO on the day registration.

Credit/Refund Policy

• Any participants canceling their participation after the closing date or if the race sells out or who is a “no-show” on the day of the race will not receive a refund.
• In the unfortunate event of the race having to have to be postponed/cancelled due to government authorities requests/weather/venue issues, the credit/refund policy of online entries through online entry providers will apply or you can have your entry carried over to any other Super Sports organized race.
• Unclaimed run packs including shirt, medal, snack, and voucher will be forfeited in full after the start of a respective distance.

• Shirt can be collected on the morning of the run from 7.30am at the Run Check-In counters near the start line.

Be checked in at least 20 – 30 minutes before the start of the run.

THERE IS NO BAG DROP!

• 5 minutes before the race starts the race director will instruct you to line up at the starting chute.
• A briefing will be given explaining the route for the two distances 2.5km & 5km.
• Runners to self-seed themselves with faster runners near the front and more social runners toward the back.
• Once the start siren goes, all rows will slowly jog toward the start line and only when you reach the start line will you be allowed to start running.

• Your upper body must be covered at all times on the run.
• Shoes are compulsory.

Shirt Collection
All runners will receive a shirt.  

Finishers Medal
These are handed out at the finish line.

Complimentary Snack
After your run, enjoy the Spinneys snack.

Athlete Refreshments / Water Stations
For each venue, there will be one water station out on course at roughly the mid-way point (1.25km).

• When crossing the finish line, please keep moving through the finish chute then you will receive your finishers medal.

• When you see the cameramen, remember to give them a smile or a thumbs up, especially when you cross the finish line.
• Photos can be found on Facebook Spinneys Family Run.
• Photos will be available 48 hours after the race has finished.
